By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual or entity using our services.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

• Fence Repair
• Fence Replacement
• Gate Construction and Installation
• Deck Building
• Deck Repair
• Post Hole Digging Services
• Longevity Services (Sanding, Staining, Sealing, Minor Repairs)

The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between Brampton Fence Repair Service and the client.

3. Payment Terms

• A 10% deposit is required to initiate your project. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid immediately to start scheduling, obtaining necessary permissions, and planning materials and labor. The scheduling process takes 2-3 weeks.
• A 50% deposit is due to set a firm start date. Our president will visit the job site to finalize all details with you.
• The remaining 40% is due within 24 hours of project completion. A confirmation receipt will be provided for every transaction.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your project before the scheduled site visit from our president.
• The 10% deposit is non-refundable.

5. Property Damage and Maintenance

While we strive to keep your property clean and undamaged, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by:

• Machinery used for construction
• Post hole digging
• Waste bin placement and removal

If you have any concerns, please notify Brampton Fence Repair Service before work begins.

6. Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

• We offer a one-year limited warranty on our workmanship, effective from the date of project completion.
• If you have concerns about integrity, craftsmanship, or quality, contact Michael at Brampton Fence Repair Service, and we will address the issue.
• Wood Disclaimer: Wood is a natural product and may twist, crack, or warp over time. We are not liable for natural aging effects on wood materials used in our projects.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to project plans, designs, and construction techniques, remain the intellectual property of Brampton Fence Repair Service, unless otherwise stated.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship, including:

• Business strategies
• Customer data
• Proprietary information not publicly known

9. Limitation of Liability

Brampton Fence Repair Service will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Brampton Fence Repair Service harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of our services
• Breach of these Terms

11. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of these third-party services.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
